Campus condominiums are part of the Villa, Condo and Campus Houses townhouse placement process.

The townhouse placement process is determined through an application-based system. Students who meet the eligibility criteria may form a group, and available placements are awarded based on the group鈥檚 overall GPA average within each group-size category. To be eligible to join a group, students must have completed at least four semesters at 麻豆社, hold a 麻豆社 Career GPA of 2.9 or higher and have a minimum total of 60 earned plus expected credits.
