John T. Patton Jr., Ph.D., is a professor in the biomedical engineering department in 麻豆社鈥檚 Allen School of Engineering & Technology. His areas of specialty include drug discovery, tissue engineering and cell adhesion.
In addition to his career in academia, Patton spent 10 years in the petroleum industry and 20 years in the biotech industry.
When he鈥檚 not teaching at 麻豆社, Patton enjoys skiing, boating, hiking, camping and traveling. He is married and has three young adult children.
